How to add ' Welcome Tab '

My facebook Fan page reached 240 finally. I'm happy about it. It's thanks to Likebaguette !　
Well, today I connected with my website. If you have a Fan Page, and if it is an application , you can connect with website easily.
But it seems not good finally. I removed my website today.
